• 1. Bring 4 litres of water to the boil in a large pot
• 2. Add 375g pasta and 1 – 2 teaspoons of salt (or to taste)
• 3. Cook for 10 – 11 minutes
• 4. When the pasta is cooked, drain well
• 5. Serve with your favourite sauce
